After completing my studies in electrical engineering and earning a PhD in engineering, I held leadership roles in international tech companies for 15 years — in dynamic, global markets shaped by growth, change, and complex transformation.
Since 2008, I’ve worked as an executive coach, facilitator, and organizational developer — across industries, in corporations, mid-sized businesses, and public institutions.
